Sei Labs — the incubator arm of Sei Foundation — came to me early in 2026 needing a new website. The goal was to clearly separate them from their parent company, Sei, going for a more technical, engineering-led look, as opposed to Sei's more institutional aesthetic. We took on the challenge and built a series of interactive animations, which react to gestures such as scroll and hover, so the brand is never static, never quite the same — a metaphor for their commitment to constant innovation. We ended up covering their social channels and announcements too, expanding on their existing brand way beyond the initial website we designed for them.
