Apt. is a condo management service intended to make communication between landlords, tenants, and maintenance staff smooth and efficient. Buildings are complex. Different actors are involved. Tenants. Landlords. Staff. Intricate relations often go wrong, as communication failsand conflicts arise. Apt. simplifies all this. It gathers everyone together, different blocks with distinct needs, aiming for a well-balanced housing environment. The mobile app is a natural extension of the visual identity. Its dashboard functions as the central hub - we could call it a building - where its different blocks come together, all in one place.
